Whether or not you wish to finance your purchase, SMT always adds full-service support. We call this our SMART Support System. We offer the following service levels:
Start, our first service level, focuses on optimizing the maintenance of your machine. It includes a proactive maintenance plan, parts for every servicing, annual inspection and up-to-date software. Preventive maintenance is carried out every 1,000 hours.
Both your company and your machines are always in motion. Our Motion service level is similar to Start, but the servicing of your machines is always carried out by one of our expert technical specialists. In this way, the right maintenance is always guaranteed, in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and SMT’s high quality standards. This keeps your operating costs down while increasing the availability of your machines. Preventive maintenance is carried out every 500 or 1,000 hours.
Our Accelerate service level is similar to Motion, but adds a warranty on the power train. This warranty covers the main components that contribute to the motor, transmission and train of your machine. This means that you can accelerate with peace of mind.
The next level, Radius, offers machine maintenance, as well as a warranty on the power train and on the main components. The right maintenance is always guaranteed, in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and SMT’s high quality standards. And should anything still go wrong, you can rely on the extra warranty, which significantly increases your action radius!
Our optimized Traction concept combines all our service levels, offering the ultimate in maintenance and care, giving you full control of your machines and operational costs. It includes the proactive monitoring of your machines, preventive maintenance carried out by our technical specialists, and maximized availability of your machines by carrying out repairs or preventive maintenance whenever this is necessary.
